International Reach

Whilst our headquarters and international sales office are located in Almeria we also operate within the other Spanish Costas offering our clients exclusive developments in areas such as Malaga and Murcia.  We have recently expanded our international reach to cover areas such as Morroco, Florida, Greece, Cyprus with more coming on line.  Here we are marketing luxury developments in sought after locations.

 

Personal Account Manager

Our dedicated Account Manager is there to provide you with assistance on a wide range of activities, from marketing support including product training through to management of commission payments.  They are there to provide you with an exceptional level of service and are your main point of contact within our international department.

 

Professional and experienced Sales Associates

Each of our sales associates have extensive experience within the real estate industry.  We have a truly international sales team all of whom are multi lingual with English being their first or second language.  Our sales ethic is that of no pressure and our sales associates  like us believe that by having the right product, and providing solid information, we service our clients the best, enabling them to make the right choice for them in their own time.

 

Local knowledge

Having been established in Almeria for around 10 years our knowledge of the area is second to none.  All of our team have lived and worked in Almeria for a considerable length of time so they can confidently talk to your clients on a range of subjects such as working in Spain, living here, sport facilities and local services and by listening to their needs be able to recommend the right location for them and well as the right property. 

 

Regular Communication

We will send you regular partner newsletters with information on new developments, news on the property market and what is happening at Solvivienda. 

Your Account Manager will also be keeping you update on new developments, prices and additional services, as well as regular progress reports on your clients. They will be in regular contact with you to make sure everything is running smoothly and to see if you feel you have all the support and information you need.

 

Ongoing Training

As one of our Agent Partners we can arrange for you to visit our International Sales office in Garrucha, close to the very popular area of Mojacar and Vera with their extensive range of new developments.  There you will receive training on our most popular developments in Spain and in the other countries we promote and taken out to those that are within the area.  You will get to meet the team and it is a great opportunity to gain a greater understanding on how we work.

 

Marketing Support

We will provide you with all the marketing support material you need from posters and window cards to information sheets on developments and local area guides.  We can also help you formulate a marketing activity plan.

We can help you to arrange an Open Branch Day to promote international property.  One of our representatives can be there to help you with an enquiries you get and also add their expert product knowledge.

 

Lifetime Aftersales

We had a highly experienced Aftersales team who are able to assist clients with everything from buying furniture for their dream home or recommend local professionals to complete rennovate their property.  We can also assist in arranging connection of utilities, installation of tv and telephone and even order mosquito screens.  This is a lifetime commitment and is offered to the clients at no extra charge.

 

Commission Payments On Time

Our commission structure is extremely competitive.  We pay out commission on the 7th day of the month after we have received the commission and your Account Manager will be able to keep you up to date on what commission is due.
